NOT willing to pay for rentals on a warranty repair and service advisors could care less that they don't follow up with you so much so that you become frustrated. If you ever have to get your Honda serviced here RUN! They will NOT treat you well. They will give you THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and they say "xxxx off, we're not going to fix your vehicle"! NO ONE CARES HERE. I would NEVER recommend a Honda car to ANYONE after dealing with a deplorable, horrendous, atrocious and down right DISGUSTING dealership. They all should be ASHAMED of themselves for the level of "service" they provide. If I could give them ZERO stars I WOULD!!!!! More

Can't say enough good things about the sales person Kevin Tieu. He was great to deal with, was able to get me what I wanted for my trade in vehicle, and was extremely understanding to work with.
