However, this was my first Honda, and in fact, my first Japanese vehicle — and it has truly set a new benchmark for excellence. My experience with Oakville Honda, and particularly with Jacky, was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, every interaction reflected professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. The trade-in process, valuation, communication, and responsiveness all exceeded my expectations, and then went a step further, delivered with sincerity and class. Nobody answers the phone, ever. Booked a windshield replacement through their online service icon. No one there knew of appointment or contacted me to say that I need to deal with Booked a windshield replacement through their online service icon. No one there knew of appointment or contacted me to say that I need to deal with the body shop. Body shop was anxious to get off the phone with me. Went in for a oil change about a month ago and upsold my wife on brake service, filter cleaning and tire rotation. We paid for a brake inspection, just roll the tires to opposite sides. Also, it is approaching winter tire season, why would they charge me to rotate the tires, recommend coming back with the snows for that service. Not impressed at all. Just really makes you feel like they are only interested in upselling and profit and not the customer experience. 2024 Pilot Touring. More

I was immediately greeted by a team of attentive and courteous staff, and I was fortunate to work with Leonardo as my salesperson. Leonardo was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my needs—never pushy, always professional, and truly personable.
