I had a miserable experience purchasing my 2011CRV at Oakville Honda. I'm doing my best to forget the entire experience. My problems? 1>The loan manager lied to me on multiple occasions when we were reviewing the purchase agreement. (Me: In Service History, when the repair says 'Electrical System', what does that mean? George Khoshaba: Light bulbs. They replaced light bulbs. Me: I don't need a car loan. I have cash. George Khoshaba: It won't cost you a penny more to get a car loan through us. You can pay it off at any time.) 2>I paid $70 to get a full tank of gas. When I picked up the car, it was half full.(These guys are truly incompetent.) 3>The car came with key-less entry - which didn't work. (The car options were obviously not tested before the car was listed.) I visited the dealership twice and located a technician who could get it working. The salesman and I could only get it to work when standing right beside the car staring at the dashboard. 4>When I brought the car to my mechanic for a review he told me "I'm surprised that a Honda dealership sold you a car with these tires. They are barely legal. You will need new tires by the Fall." Was I gullible and an idiot? Absolutely. Are all used car dealerships the same? Certainly not. In fact my last car was used, purchased from a Toyota dealership. The salesman was wonderful, the car was completely reconditioned, the experience was stellar. More

I just bought the second Honda car at Honda Oakville. I contacted other brand shops and also other Honda dealership. As I have remembered friendly experiences with salesman, Jacky, I have always wanted to contacted other brand shops and also other Honda dealership. Also, there was sales manager, Les, and he was so informative that I felt that I didn't just buy a car, but I learned about a car. Les helped me make an informed decision again. My kids also like to visit there because of cozy atmosphere and enjoy popcorns as much as they want. I do appreciate all the efforts and explanation by Les and Jacky, and hope to do another transaction with them. More

The general manager is beyond rude, inconsiderate, very unprofessional, and rather lose a sale. I ended up buying a vehicle from another dealer, for a better price and warranty than Oakville Hond provided, unprofessional, and rather lose a sale. The service department at this dealership lies to their customers to do repairs that are not needed and they don't do the repairs that are needed. I called a different Honda dealership and they were shocked and said it was not safe to have four tires of different sizes. You can't speak to anyone at this dealership to voice a complaint you only get access to the rude receptionist. Don't buy a car from this dealership or go to the service department. You will get service done that is not needed and will not get the service on your car that is needed. More

I'm currently in discussion with this dealership to resolve an issue of them misplacing my brand new tires and rims over the Winter. Waiting to hear if they will be offering to replace them.
