Appointments seem pointless. I had a 3:30 pm appointment for an oil change. I was told when I brought it in that it would take 1 and a half hours to do the service. I was somewhat surprised by this since it was just an oil change but I agreed to wait. It took an hour and twenty minutes before it even moved out of the service reception area. It was supposed to be ready by 5:00 pm, so when there was still no sign of it at 5:30 I started walking around the service area to see what was taking so long. The service manager said he was just waiting for it to come back from the car wash. Finally at 5:50 pm he drove it up to the doors. It took 2 and a half hours to get a simple oil and filter change. I noticed on the bill that it stated the service was finished at 5:06. Clearly a lie. they even charged me 2 dollars for a washer fluid top up. I will never return. It's not the first time I have had an issue with this dealer's service department. I'm sorry I bought the car there. More

They don't care about your opinion or time. I have been to service my vehicle twice at Oakville Honda and both times left disappointed. The first time they overcharged me and even when I showed I have been to service my vehicle twice at Oakville Honda and both times left disappointed. The first time they overcharged me and even when I showed them their error they would not change the invoice. The second time I was there I had to wait forever for my van to be serviced even though I had an appointment. I don't know if this was a way of getting back at me for the previous visit but I am done going back there. P.S. If they could only own up to their errors and/or apologize it would have been different yet they just cannot find it in them to do sol More
Very rude employees and unconcerned management. I was insulted by one of the employees from the service dept. over phone. Dilawri Rewards I purchased a car in 2014 and went in today for an oil change only for them to tell me that I have $2.00 in service rewards. I have every copy of the invoices since I bought the car and know how many times I've been to that dealership for service and how much was spent. I spoke to the Service Manager Michael Costa and instead of resolving the issue - he just wasted 10 minuets of my time going over my account to try to prove me wrong. I will not be going back to this dealership for any service or buying another car (which we are currently doing right now) - I will go to Halton Honda instead if we decide on a Honda. I read the other reviews on this site about this dealership and I would say that 70-75% of them are actually true. It's a shame that they try to discredit the customer instead of stepping up and comping them for their time and inquiry - it almost felt like they were shocked that I would even ask about the Dilawri Reward program. More
Lousy Service Department Had a oil change and asked to have my battery checked because it was getting time to replace. The girl at the service counter wasn’t sure what the cost would be to test the battery. I said it should cost nothing to clamp the cables on and check, gees. Apparently they tested it and said it was fine. Not so! My car wouldn’t start one day leaving me stranded. I had to call CAA. The first thing the guy said was the ground is loose causing the car not to start. He checked my battery and it was putting out 248W it should be 440. The service tech should have noticed the loose ground if they really checked the battery, hummm? Well l bought a new battery from CAA and the car fires up immediately! Not sure what’s happening at this dealership. They have a bunch of non experienced people working there and the service desk staff look like they couldn’t care less about their job! The girl at the front desk should be working in a different setting like maybe a modeling or magazine company. Maybe they should hire people with experience and knowledge! The service has gone down the tubes at this dealership!!! More

I drive 60 km from out of town and I come here early only for them to tell me the car is SOLD last night at 6:30 and no one bothered to call and let me know. They could have called at night and at morning. Salesperson apologized and to cover gas money for my wastes time. Then the manager BILL said they cannot do that and threatened me when I said I was going to leave a review. VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, BILL WAS VERY RUDE, WOULD NOT TRUST THEM. More
