I was disappointed to see your negative review of your purchase of a Used Hyundai from us after giving you the additional $500.00 to solve any issues you had from the original deal. We both agreed we were all good going forward, and you were now happy again with the delivery. In fact, you also stated that to your sales person before driving off. I think your interpretation of how our conversation went was a surprise to me, and if I offended you I apologize. Certainly, the offering of my car was a customer service gesture because of the delay in buffing the additional scratches, which you requested were taken out before delivery. I offered you the car so not to inconvenience you further by having to hang around the dealership until the car was finished. It was my understanding that the used winter tires came as part of the deal and were not on the vehicle when certified, and were put on at your request. As per Ministry of transportation standards, all tires pass certification with 2/32nds of tread depth. Although you stated you have purchased winter tires, I was informed by your sales person, through your texting, that you might still be looking for winter tires for your vehicle … Edward if I can assist you in purchasing winter tires I would be more than happy to discuss further with you. I’m sorry that your first car purchase didn’t go as you expected … If I can do anything to help with your needs in the future please do not hesitate to contact me personally.
