After about 45 mins we had an appointment and some answers. He didn't have our truck in stock but provided us with all the info needed to make a decision. So we made the hour and a half drive. Keeping us informed all the way through the process a few days later we got our truck. John Gillan is a stand up sales person start to finish. Even called me that afternoon to follow up as well as a week later, We totally recommend John and Oakridge Ford. More

I used to go to the Ford dealership on Wharncliffe Rd and found they were curt, appeared uninterested and sold me services I realized afterwards I did not need. I lost trust in them. The workmanship appears good. I am not an expert and other than incurring a problem after a repair or maintenance, I have no way of knowing the quality of the work completed. What I don't like and rate lowest is the use of a call centre and the online appoinment for booking an appointment. Previously, I would speak with someone directly at Oakridge Ford's Service Department and was always well served. Now, using the call centre or online, I don't always get a call back and if I do, it can be a day or several days later. I now find myself stopping at the Dealer and speaking with them directly to book appointments. More
