I used to go to the Ford dealership on Wharncliffe Rd and found they were curt, appeared uninterested and sold me services I realized afterwards I did not need. I lost trust in them. The workmanship appears good. I am not an expert and other than incurring a problem after a repair or maintenance, I have no way of knowing the quality of the work completed. What I don't like and rate lowest is the use of a call centre and the online appoinment for booking an appointment. Previously, I would speak with someone directly at Oakridge Ford's Service Department and was always well served. Now, using the call centre or online, I don't always get a call back and if I do, it can be a day or several days later. I now find myself stopping at the Dealer and speaking with them directly to book appointments. More
