I basically went to see her to see about getting a new vehicle, she was very supportive explain my options and off we went. I had the chance to upgrade from a 2014 Escape of which I love, to a 2018 Explorer of which I love even more. Mark was great to deal with in the finance department, explain everything that needed to be explained. I was exited to receive the good news the next day. A great job by the whole team as always!!! The problem was solved My cell phone stopped syncing with the C-Max or it would take several tries to sync. When I dropped by I was told that the car software would need up My cell phone stopped syncing with the C-Max or it would take several tries to sync. When I dropped by I was told that the car software would need updating. This could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 h. It actually ended up taking about 90 minutes and costing $125. All other software that I have receives automatic and free updates. Also I am told when updates are needed. Neither of these seems to be the case with Ford. Very frustrating!! The people at the Ford dealership did a good job but I do have problems with Ford's policy on updates. More

Had to hang up my guns and learn to accept. I liked Reese Patterson. I bought the best I could find - Fusion SE. More
