Brandon typically looks after me when I first arrive and is very thorough by adding any commentary necessary to better describe any issues. He also effectively sets expectations in terms of how long an oil change may take for example. My recent visit included a wiper issue but it turned out that a setting was affecting the sensitivity of the sensor located in the windshield. Needless to say, Brandon showed me where the setting was located. I learned something and his patience and understanding was appreciated. This visit, I needed a ride home and Andy had to drive in less than good conditions. He drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready. He is a great driver and this is a wonderful service. Overall an extremely positive customer experience! More
