Wow from the first initial meeting right through to the final sale, Ted Cascadden, was very knowledgeable and friendly, with a non pushy approach. I feel very fortunate to have met Ted. I got the vehicle I wanted, at a good price. The day I picked up the car the great perks made me feel very happy, it was full of gas, one free oil change and a wonderful detailed description, use of all my cars features and how to use them.(better than just reading the manual) I informed Ted would be telling my family and friends that are in the market for a vehicle new or used to go to him. It is without a doubt that I highly recommend Ted and the other Oakridge Ford team members that dealt with me and my vehicle purchase. We will be buying future vehicles from Ted! Ralph at Oakridge Ford has salesmanship and professionalism I am a first time car buyer, the process of buying a car seemed at the start to be something that would be very intimidating and hard. The day I turne I am a first time car buyer, the process of buying a car seemed at the start to be something that would be very intimidating and hard. The day I turned up at Oakridge Ford, I was greeted in the lot by Ralph Graves. He was set to take an appointment shortly with another customer, but he took a few moments to tell me some basic information that help me narrow down some choices. That simple little thing went a long way in helping me decide where I would buy. Over the next few hours I shopped three other local dealerships and found that at two of them I wasn't even greeted for over half an hour and the other, I wasn't taken seriously. I returned to Oakridge just as Ralph was finishing up with his previous customers. He could have said he needed to go on lunch or pass me on to anyone else, but Ralph did what every excellent sales person does; he put his customer first. Jesse was the business manager involved with arranging my financing, he was very helpful in helping me make some important decisions, and his recommendations were very useful. I am now enjoying my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL. More
