Mike was always very prepared when meetings were arranged to discuss all my options. When my new Escape was ready for pick-up Mike then introduced me to Jesse who thoroughly went over all of my options for warranty and service. Mike then sat in my new vehicle with me and explained all the technology this vehicle has to offer. I was very pleased to see how clean my new vehicle was right down to the tires being Armor Alled. I am so happy with my 2014 Escape. Even after picking up my new vehicle both Mike & Jesse have emailed me to ensure all my questions or concerns have been addressed and to call them anytime. In both experiences I purchased through Steve Sawruk. On our first meeting I was impressed with his knowledge of the 2012 Escape I was interested in; Although his thoroughness he took in making sure he covered everything is what impressed me the most. Of course from this experience there was no question I was coming back.On the second purchase I had no choice but to bring my 2 "excited " children. Usually on these occasions you can sense the frustration. Not with Steve...as cool as can be...Overall Experience....well let's just say it is now one of my kids favourite place! More

Great Customer Service and Perks! I was looking on Oakridge Ford web site for a good used vehicle at a great price with low kls. Wow from the first initial meeting right through to the final sale, Ted Cascadden, was very knowledgeable and friendly, with a non pushy approach. I feel very fortunate to have met Ted. I got the vehicle I wanted, at a good price. The day I picked up the car the great perks made me feel very happy, it was full of gas, one free oil change and a wonderful detailed description, use of all my cars features and how to use them.(better than just reading the manual) I informed Ted would be telling my family and friends that are in the market for a vehicle new or used to go to him.
