Only to find out later, that this was the General Manager of the store. From there, I was introduced to Tony. Tony also greeted me and I told him what I was looking for. He showed me several different models and we found one that would fit my needs and wants perfectly! Tony made the process fun, as opposed to stressful. At any point, again, there was no pressure to buy. I was concerned about pricing, and after the test drive, I really wanted the vehicle. So, we ran some numbers with his manager, Nathan, and he came up with some numbers that fit my budget. In the end, it worked for me and I ended up purchasing the vehicle.
