Ralph and Michael worked very hard for me, but I have to be honest...the reason I am driving a Ford Fusion today, is due to Ralph. When I was in my research stage prior to making my purchase, I had met several other dealer representatives from a number of different brands. Ralph was the only person who consistently answered my questions, listened to my concerns, never gave up on me just because I was not an "easy sale", and ultimately found the perfect car for me.
