Service Experience Brought vehicle in for scheduled service appt. No wait time, pleasant Service advisor...in and out in less than 5 minutes. The 3 service issues were taken care of and was very pleased with the overall cost. This was the second time (and only other) I was impressed with the Service as the last was when I required a new tail light blub which was installed without an apt when I just showed up...and I have to say at no cost! New truck Happy Mommy My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 for a New truck after months of trying to deal with another dealership we were not g My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 for a New truck after months of trying to deal with another dealership we were not getting anywhere and the sales rep was not even returning our calls. We stopped by Oakridge Ford on a Saturday 1 hour before it closed. Chris was so awesome. My husband knew what he was looking for in a truck and Chris found one to let us test drive that had everything we were looking for. We drove it and was SOLD!!! Chris and Charles both stayed over an hour after closing time to help us with a list of the items we wanted in the truck and and additional bells and whistles we might like. Charles took all our info and said I would hear from him Monday. Well Monday came and I was thinking I was stood up again however Charles called me just before 9pm to inform me that he had some good news but had to speak with someone first and they weren't in the office until tomorrow. Tuesday he called me in the afternoon to let me know I qualified for 0% financing Within just over a week I drove off the lot one happy mommy. I had just gotten my first BRAND NEW vehicle and it was so easy and stress free. More
