I felt like family I needed a truck to haul my Trailer for my job and after a lot of research decided to go with a Ford F150. I didn't want to buy a new one, so searche I needed a truck to haul my Trailer for my job and after a lot of research decided to go with a Ford F150. I didn't want to buy a new one, so searched all of the dealerships in London for F150s. I met with John to take a look at a truck I saw on the dealer site. He pointed me at another F150 that I hadn't considered because it didn't have a hitch on it. He explained that most F150's are equipped with tow packages even if they don't have a hitch yet. He showed me where the trailer hook up was already and how to switch it to tow mode. The truck met all of my requirements and then some for a better price than the one I was originally going to look at. He was able to get the hitch added to the truck and delivered within a week. I was very very happy with the way I was treated like a member of the Oakridge family. There was no pressure, just education which I appreciate. When I look for my next vehicle I will only purchase it from John and Oakridge Ford. More

I was unsure of make or model, new, used, etc. and asked to be given time to decide. My request was respected. When I had finally decided on the Escape and came back to meet with John and Charles the process was smooth and completed in a short time. My purchase experience has been very relaxed and I feel that the purchase price I paid is an honest amount, I've never felt taken advantage of. When I've needed special attention for service on my vehicles I have been treated excellent and Kelly has gone out of her way to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Oakridge ford london poor service ,new vehicle damage OAKRIDGE FORD DAMAGES YOUR NEW VEHICLE ,CANT EVEN FIX A SIMPLE THING ,MY EMBLEMS WERE COMING OFF SO THEY REPLACED THEM UNDER WARRANTY ,WHEN THEY REPLA OAKRIDGE FORD DAMAGES YOUR NEW VEHICLE ,CANT EVEN FIX A SIMPLE THING ,MY EMBLEMS WERE COMING OFF SO THEY REPLACED THEM UNDER WARRANTY ,WHEN THEY REPLACED THEM THEY BUBBLED THE PAINT WARPED THE METAL WHILE REPLACING THEM,CANT MISS IT TO SEE IT,YOU EVEN SEE IT MORE WHEN THE SUN SHINES ON IT,WEEK LATER EMBLEMS STARTED COMING LOOSE AGAIN,I HAD A OTHER ISSUE AS WELL SINCE DAY ONE,AND THEY LIED OR ACT STUPID OR THEY ARE BASICALLY STUPID BECAUSE 11 OTHER PEOPLE CAN SEE THE PROBLEM ,BUT. My window were supposed to be tinted but there was a mix up however Reese made up for it by meeting me at 6am and lending me his truck until the tint was ready. All in all they went above and beyond to make me happy. More
