THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT SEE IT LOL! EVEN TOOK A VIDEO DRIVING LIVE TO SHOW THEM ,BUT THEY SAY THEY COULD NOT SEE IT ON THE VIDEO THERE WAS A PROBLEM. ANYONE CAN SEE THIS IN THE VIDEO ,I SHOWED MANY PEOPLE THE VIDEO,MANY DID SEE IT LIVE,THEY ASKED ME IF THEY WERE NUTS,THEY ARE BIG LIARS JUST LIKE EVEYONE ELSE TELLS YOU ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE,GO TO THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND READ ALL THE UNHAPPY PEOPLE,,!DONT TRUST THEM,I EMAILED THEM ABOUT DAMAGING THE METAL,I TOOK PHOTOS BEFORE THEY DID THE WORK SO I HAVE PROOF THEY DID IT,I KNOW THESE THINGS HAPPEN AT SOME DEALERS ,THATS WHY I TOOK THE PHOTOS,THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED MY EMAIL.DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM TO TOUCH !!! ,BELOW ARE THE PHOTOS OF THE WORK OAKRIDGE FORD DOES ,ZOOM IN IF U LIKE,THEY DO. We did a lot of research on vehicles and made visits to many dealerships and by far the best service was at Oakridge. Ted and Charles both stayed after hours to work with us and really listened to our needs and recommended products that were right for us, without pressure.The other staff members were also welcoming and friendly. Now, having booked the first service with Joe in the service department, I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service. I appreciated that Joe, over the phone, was completely clear on everything that will happen at service, right down to who to talk to when I walk in the door and where the waiting area is. Finally, the vehicle itself is fantastic - exactly what we wanted! It wasn't the cheapest vehicle and service option, but it was the right choice for us. When asked about our purchase we always say where we bought it, recommend Oakridge, and will continue to do so. More
