Why would I return to a dealer that refuses to answer any questions in a email that I ask,then return the email ignoring about the issues I ask about changing the subject. Why would I return when you damage a simple repair to my truck replacing emblems bubbling the paint and deforming the metal trying to get the old emblems off. I gave you 4 chances bringing the truck in to rectify the issue and you ignore a extreme safety issue with steering,steering stays in a 10-11 position turning left won't return,it's a steering rack problem with many reviews posted on the internet for a few years now with even older trucks.they Ford is aware of the problem.and so are you and try to ignore the issue.
