I was very impressed with my recent experience at Kia in Halifax where I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento. I had come to Kia from another dealership that I was not satisfied with and I believe they changed my Halifax where I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento. All three of the staff I dealt with, Sheila, Mark and James were extremely knowledgable and helpful. I felt very confident that I had all of the information I needed to make a buying decision. After an exhaustive search trying to locate the model and colour we wanted proved fruitless we had to wait for one to arrive directly from the factory (approx. 3 weeks but in time for Christmas). The week before Christmas Sheila explained to us that our car would not be arriving until the week after Christmas. We thanked her for the update but indicated that we were a bit disappointed that the car would not be in by Christmas. There had been another car identical to the one we wanted arrive at the dealership that week but was reserved for a Kia Canada Representative. Sheila was able to arrange for them to wait until after christmas and we were able to take ownership of that vehicle the day before christmas eve. My wife was over the moon excited as this was our christmas present. Sheila was outstanding and went the extra mile for us. We would and have recommended this dealership and Sheila Macaskill to anyone asking (and many have). This car is a head turner. Thanks Sheila for making our christmas. More

Sheila was not aggressive or pushy and was happy to answer all of our questions. In addition to the saleswoman, we were also very impressed with the dealership itself, very professional, yet not that arrogance that you often find in other dealerships. A few weeks later, we are very happy with our purchase ans Sheila has followed up with us numerous times to make sure everything was going well. I was in the market for a new car. I had test driven the new JETTA, CIVIC & CORROLA. None of these dealerships informed me of the RETIRE YOUR RIDE PROGRAM. My old car was 1993 ACURA Integra, she became a ca new JETTA, CIVIC & CORROLA. None of these dealerships informed me of the RETIRE YOUR RIDE PROGRAM.
