Rusting 2010 Lexus RX450h Brought a Lexus "certified" used 2010 RX450h on yr2011 for over $55k...start rusting at the tailgate, paint pops out and etc since yr2013. After our Brought a Lexus "certified" used 2010 RX450h on yr2011 for over $55k...start rusting at the tailgate, paint pops out and etc since yr2013. After our mechanic checked this, they show us how this car was involved in some kind of collision with the rear bumper and tailgate repainted, however, a very poor cheap paint job that may only last long enough for this dealer to sell this car. I spent another $2000 to replace the bumper, repaint tailgate....Learn a lesson always take the car and checked by your own mechanic and do not trust the whatever Lexus certified, carfax, Northwest dealers/salesman and etc. Unfortunately, I'm afraid Lexus reputation continue to be damaged by this bad apple if this is how they do business. In my 25 years of owning different vehicles I have never experienced excellent service like Northwest Lexus. I purchase a used vehicle from Kevin and he was very informative and helpful. To my surprise almost 1 year later Kevin will greet me with a great attitude and respect Wow that is amazing. I had some issue with my Vehicle, and the service department was amazing, I have never encountered this type of service from anywhere. I have recommended Northwest Lexus to my friend and co-workers and they have been amazed. I had to write this because when a customer like me have an issue with there vehicle, we always forget it is the manufactor that built the vehicle not the dealership and because of the great service at Northwest Lexus it has been a great experience dealing with Northwest Lexus.
