The car I purchased was used but the service I was given and the preparation of the vehicle was like it was brand ne everyone treats you like family. Last week I purchased a Pre-Owned BMW from this dealership. I was very impressed by the attention I was given immediately. This has been hands down the easiest rating I would ever have to give any dealership. The quality and level of customer service was phenomenal. Not only our sales rep (Kevin) was very helpful and knowledgea have to give any dealership. The quality and level of customer service was phenomenal. Not only our sales rep (Kevin) was very helpful and knowledgeable, but all the staff there had such a great attitude and seemed to love what they were doing. You could tell there was a chemistry amongst themselves and even other customers around looked more than satisfied with the level of service they were getting. What we were impressed with the most was whatever question or concerns that we had brought to their attention, there was no beating around the bush... just clean cut answers. We left the dealership knowing very comfortably that we had gotten the best deal with exceptional service. I would recommend Northwest Lexus to all my family and friends but talk is cheap...... I searched 4 different Lexus dealers and prior to that, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes and Honda.We have a new addition to the family so had to retire the 2 door civic and get a 4 door vehicle. My wife's criteria were 4 doors, Japanese and good on gas. After numerous test drives we finally found the Lexus CT 200h. After trying to deal with 3 other Lexus dealers - most of which were friendly we were super impressed by Jacek Rusin at Northwest Lexus. We just had a baby and he came out with the car to our place for us to test drive. Even though this car took 2 months to get (Japan earthquake) he never over promised the timing of when it would arrive. Other dealers told me they could have the car in 3-4 weeks or 4 months -. But he made it clear it would take 7-8 (and he was right on). I had a good price on the vehicle and he matched it. More

I've been going to this dealer for years (since 2003)... One of the biggest reasons for me returning to this dealer time and time again for service is because of Tom Berger. He's quite possibly one of the best service reps one could ever deal with. Lexus charges steep amounts for service, but you get what you pay for and that includes and honest service rep. Have never been dinged for service I didnt need on any of my experiences/cars at Northwest. More
