And the best part was that Shawn was very apologetic for the previous service and he gave me a complimentary service. No payment was charged !! Now that's what O call customer service. I spent several months researching my next vehicle. I needed to be convinced that my choice would be just right. I seriously considered switching from Lexus to another brand. However, I did not want to sever my long relationship with the Lexus brand. So I found myself at the familiar dealership one afternoon and was met by a new face: Goldie Sharma. Goldie patiently answered the myriad questions I had about the new vehicle. He arranged another meeting with me and my wife and took us around the compound showing us the various models and the available colours we could choose from. A VERY pleasant surprise! I already had owned a Lexus (purchased at a different dealership), when I walked into Northwest Lexus in Brampton. As a result, when I walked into Northwest, I was not in a friendly mood, and was primarily there to see the vehicle I wanted live, so that I could order one from the US. Now, I'm certain all the reps at Northwest are great, but I was met at the door by Goldie Sharma...and he completely disarmed me with his genuine interest in providing me with good information, service and attention. So much so, that I ended up buying my car through Goldie at Northwest. Immediately after the transaction and until this day, he has stayed in touch to ensure that I am happy with the car, and also to help me understand all of the numerous new features this car has. I had walked into Northwest Lexus just to have a feel for a used RX 350 and check the availability. I ended up meeting with Goldie Sharma and I must say that I am very glad to have met him that day. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but extremely professional. I did not walk into Northwest Lexus that day intending to buy a car, but Goldie, after knowing my situation, and my checklist suggested a few options. The best part that I really like about my experience was that there was no pressure tactics - everything was to the point and precise and by the end of the meeting, Goldie was able to locate the right vehicle for me. The process of buying the vehicle and after sales followup has been extremely cordial and seamless.
