He didn't put any pressure on me to purchase the car that I was looking for, and was willing to work with me on making it affordable and worth my while. He also took the time to call me a week later to follow-up on how I like the car and if I had any questions or concerns relating to the car - something I've never experienced from any other car sales person. I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends that are in the market for a car! Elise was also a pleasure to work with! She made sure I understood exactly what I was signing, didn't pressure me into buying the "extras" but did honestly inform me of the benefits of those she thought would work for me (though I didn't end up buying any), and made my $30k purchase feel like a walk in the park. However the experience was smooth, handled as promised and the car was delivered to my front door only about one half hour later than promised.
