From the moment we walked in the door, Rob Ritchie greeted us and made us feel like family. We were looking for a Ford Bronco and Rob was very knowledgable about the vehicle line, he answered all of o greeted us and made us feel like family. We had our key fixed two months ago and it broke again and they “don’t warranty broken” we literally just had it fixed and they are not accommodating what was just fixed. I had an incredible experience with the NorthStar ford Cochrane sales team. I really felt like family which took all the pressure off of such a big purchase. Absolutely terrible service. The day I go in, 2 service members and a service manager at their computers. I make eye contact with the service manager and he looks away, then take The day I go in, 2 service members and a service manager at their computers. I make eye contact with the service manager and he looks away, then takes one of the service tech's to the back while the other service member hides behind her screen. I stand there another 3-5 min, (keep in mind, no body has even acknowledged me standing there yet.) Then suddenly the service member behind the screen picks up a piece of paper and walks away. Another 2 min goes by and the service member finally comes back, walks right by me, sits back behind her screen, (still no acknowledgment of me standing there) then finally, about a min later, she stuck her head out and the first thing out of her mouth is "Do you have an appointment, because we're too busy to take anybody new". So I asked if everyone was pissed off today because I've been ignored and literally pushed out without even being acknowledged in the first place. If you want to be treated like garbage as a customer, than I suggest you go to Northstar Ford Cochrane. Was my first time going back there in about 4 years and I see, things haven't changed a bit. Don't waste your time. More

Waiting for a call from the dealer for 3 weeks. Salesman finally sent a message: call me after 7 hr. A sales manager who gives you lessons in economics via e-mail. I CONTACTED ANOTHER FORD DEALER TO GET THE SAME TRUCK: with the following result: F350 BOS cheaper, deposit: 1000$ without conditions, refund 1000$ of my money lost with Ford Northern Star. Truck comes with better mudpads, plus reverse sensor at 0$, and finally better service. I LOST MY TIME AND MONEY WITH NORTHERN STAR FORD COCHRANE, AB. More
Terrible customer service. Was sent a text to see when a good time was to call to discuss poor customer service. Answered the text with a specific time of availability. We called the dealership when no response and never got a call back. It was to sort out the terrible customer service we received from purchase to delivery. The terrible service appears to be from the top of the managers and carried right down the chain of command. It is no wonder the service is so bad. We have purchased new vehicles from other dealerships, and can honestly say this was the worst experience we have ever had with customer service. We will not be returning to this dealership for any of our vehicle needs. More
