Great Service Had "The Works" done on my 18 year old Explorer. Oil and filter change and a complete inspection of all systems and tire rotation in under 90 minutes Had "The Works" done on my 18 year old Explorer. Very friendly and helpful I came in without an appointment when the technician installing my auto start at Visions was unable to register the unit. They suspected that the sec I came in without an appointment when the technician installing my auto start at Visions was unable to register the unit. They suspected that the security system was locked out from adding keys. Damian was able to able to help me within 15 minutes of arriving and was very accommodating in working with Visions to help resolve the problem. It took a little back and forth but Damian was always accessible and very helpful. More

Great, informative, friendly service! Mitch was very helpful when I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for an oil change and to check to see if I had a nail in one of my tires. He advised me Mitch was very helpful when I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for an oil change and to check to see if I had a nail in one of my tires. He advised me of the deal for oil change, tire rotation and inspection and told me what would happen if they found a nail including the cost. Excellent efficient service with no surprises! More

Double Check I thought I had an issue with my pressure sensors after getting my tires mounted at NorthStar Ford. I called and talked to Damian about it and he tol I thought I had an issue with my pressure sensors after getting my tires mounted at NorthStar Ford. I called and talked to Damian about it and he told me to bring my truck in at no cost and they would take a look at it. It turns out the sensors are fine, and there's an issue with my computer, which I will have to get a Dodge dealer to look at. I was very happy with the friendliness of your staff in their willingness to look into the problem, and was very happy not to be charged for the inspection. You have top-notch staff who are very well versed in customer service!! More

plesant efficent clean ! A master cylinder recall for the brake system was the reason for the visit or service they took the truck in for the warranty work promptly . Some time later we were called that the replacement of the master cylinder was completed , My wife went to the dealership to retrieve the serviced vehicle, then drove off the lot, and had the brakes fade to nonexistent as the air had not been completely purged from the brake system. I would HIGHLY recommend that the tech responsible do the job properly, as well as test drive the serviced vehicle, so my wife does not feel that we cannot trust you to work on any other vehicles. She had to return a second time after the brakes were properly fixed from her employment to retrieve the vehicle again does not help matters. Might I suggest that the time be taken to do this work professionally as LIVES are at risk. More

Excellent Service I had problems with my Ford's dash board- the lights went off and I did not have any information about the speed, mileage, and ABS did not work.
