I was greeted by Fiona with a big smile and was blown away by her flawless customer service. She understood my needs, knowing when to call me with an update (as I work in a busy restaurant). I have dealt with other customer service reps on 2 times regarding the same issue of my window washer working intermittently and when I went in to service for the issue — nothing was done — it was Fiona that got the issue fixed — before her help — no one seemed to really care about the fact that my washer fluid would only work on occasion and often made travelling through the mountains without washer fluid, very dangerous as often I could not see very clearly. I felt very unwelcomed When I bought my car back in June 2017, no one showed us where the service bay was, if you waited for your vehicle where the lounge was located. So when I brought in my car for the first appointment and asked where I can wait, I felt like I was bothering them to show me. Also they asked what name the car was under, gave them my last name. Not once was I asked for my first name and I was never called by name, instead I was given a beeper. I felt the whole service was very impersonal. Not a warm feeling. More

Fantastic service, great environment Visited North Star Ford for my first service. It was very early morning during the work week and I opted to not take their shuttle service as I was pr Visited North Star Ford for my first service. Using the free wifi I was able to not only complete work during the hour I waited with the great coffee offered, but my vehicle was done within an hour. The service provide was warm and welcoming.
