He got to know us and made sure we got the car that matched our needs and wishes. The rest of the Northstar staff helped us make the whole experience easy and informative. I appreciated one of the staff reviewing all the technical aspects of all the bells and whistles on our new car before I drove it off the lot. I feel we got a good deal, and I selected to lease my new Ford Edge. I would highly recommend Maveen as your sales consultant. You will not be disappointed. More

Great experience without the extra sales pressure I dealt with Adam for the purchase of my 2016 Escape. He was very understanding and figured out that I wanted to talk about the Escape and not go int I dealt with Adam for the purchase of my 2016 Escape. He was very understanding and figured out that I wanted to talk about the Escape and not go into great detail (I did a lot of research ahead of time). He was also great to talk to while we waited for things to progress. The folks supporting us were great as well. I dealt with the body shop on my trade in and everything was accommodated. Nicole at Ford showed me what I was looking for and surprisingly I am much happier with my 2015 Ford Escape Titanium Edition then my Toyota RAV4. Nicole was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Awesome Experience I have been shopping for a new vehicle so I thought I would pop into Northstar Ford to take a look at their inventory. I was greeted promptly by a sal I have been shopping for a new vehicle so I thought I would pop into Northstar Ford to take a look at their inventory. I was greeted promptly by a salesman named Gregg who made me feel comfortable and welcome. He was polite, well spoken and very professional. He took the time to show me several vehicles and was very knowledge about the entire product line. Although I haven't which vehicle I want to buy if I decide on a Ford I will definitely return to this dealership to purchase from Gregg. I don't know if the owner of the dealership reads these reviews but if so he/she should be very proud to have this salesman as part of their sales team. Well done Northstar! More

Stay Away I went to Northstar Ford in Calgary Crowfoot to purchase a new truck. The entire process was painful with the dealership constantly changing the term I went to Northstar Ford in Calgary Crowfoot to purchase a new truck. The entire process was painful with the dealership constantly changing the terms or wanting more to conclude the deal. It was on this forum I learned not to give Northstar Ford a deposit for any reason as their policy is all deposits, down payments and partial payments are non-refundable. Its written in bold type at the bottom of the sales contract. Don't do it! In the contract the base price of the truck was higher than what was listed on the window sticker sheet. When asked about this discrepancy it took two of them to come up with a story that clearly was wrong....ever catch your child in a lie...this is what I was witnessing. They could not explain the pricing on the contract with certainty and with this I became more suspicious. In the end I walked away, concerned that no truck is worth the deception I am witnessing. I am mad at the "bait & switch" as another poster stated that goes on with this dealership to the point that I am unwilling to buy a Ford and have anything to do with Northstar Ford...sales, servicing or otherwise. I will buy somewhere else and thanks to my experience with Northstar Ford I will look at another brand and avoid Ford. More
