Expensive Great customer service horrible rates .$600 to fix a drivers door lock that wouldn't open is a little extreme especially when $125 is the cost of the Great customer service horrible rates .$600 to fix a drivers door lock that wouldn't open is a little extreme especially when $125 is the cost of the part and the rest is labor. Lesson learned to not get repairs at a dealership as the mark up is outrageous. Very vague on the cost of repairs so that you ok them to do the work not realizing what you are getting yourself into. Would not of done the repair if someone would of told me total cost instead of approximates. The cost went from $380 to $600 very quickly especially when it takes two trips and almost two weeks to do and I get charged two fees of $30 for shop materials. Will not return and I will make sure that I let everyone I know that if you want fantastic customer service go to Ford but if you want any money left in your bank account go somewhere else. More
