This time was for a service and a couple of recalls. I wanted too drop off my truck the night before, as it suited me. My Service Advisor Jennifer, could not have been more friendly or helpful. My truck was ready for collection the following day as promised. I have one very minor criticism...... My truck was filthy and I asked for it to be washed - which it was. For twenty bucks, couldn't a basic 'wash and shammy' be included as part of any service? That would show amazing customer service for very little cost? Just a thought and hardly a criticism. More

Best of a bad situation My truck was vandalized the day before I was supposed to leave on a one week trip, and the service staff did a great job of getting my truck repaired My truck was vandalized the day before I was supposed to leave on a one week trip, and the service staff did a great job of getting my truck repaired in a timely manner. Fast service As always Northstar Ford are very efficient and effective, I came in for a recall and a small issue with no heating by my feet, the recall issue was f As always Northstar Ford are very efficient and effective, I came in for a recall and a small issue with no heating by my feet, the recall issue was fixed, and they looked at the heating and I was informed that it worked, so maybe its a Ford F150 issue, because my feet are still not getting any heat unless I crank the heater to full and only distribute the air flow to my feet, then I get some heat otherwise it like an icebox More
