Simple and stress free Took my truck in for regular maintenance as well as an issue that I had with the blower (AC and Heat). They took care of everything as expected but also found an issue with the truck vibrating when braking that they found while on the road test working on the other issues. Not only did they look into the issue but resolved it without any hassle. I do own the maintenance plan and it is great to know that they are still concerned with my truck like I was paying them out of pocket. Great experience too...Super easy to book and I appreciate the early morning drop off. More

Unhelpful Kind of unwelcomed not my problem kind of thing. The only reason I went to northstar because they work on weekends, told the diagnosis cost is $180 an Kind of unwelcomed not my problem kind of thing.
