Warranty and body shop It took several trips and numerous attempts but the loose rattling noise that was coming from the dash after a warranty repair sounds to be fixed now. It took several trips and numerous attempts but the loose rattling noise that was coming from the dash after a warranty repair sounds to be fixed now. The service department were very courteous and concerned with getting the issue rectified. Hope I don't have to see them for more than an oil change! On a separate note after an inconsiderate stranger backed into our vehicle when it was parked and left a nice gouge in the bumper and cracked the grill the body shop did a wonderful job of the repair looks good as new!! Thanks Northstar Ford!!! More

Practicality Reigns King Overall great service appointment. Typically I prefer to do the wait appointment, which I had no problem in booking and time was expected duration. Shady Service Service reps are nice and seem like they're giving good customer service. Unfortunately they wouldn't cover a repair that should be under warranty. Went to another dealership and they covered it under warranty with zero problems. Feels like they were just trying to take me for a couple thousand. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Maclin Ford so far is a large improvement. Additionally the salesmen were awful - didn't come through on timelines they gave and delivered the car without a User Manual. 2 years later I'm still fighting with sales/parts to get one. More
