Great, informative, friendly service! Mitch was very helpful when I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for an oil change and to check to see if I had a nail in one of my tires. Very friendly and helpful I came in without an appointment when the technician installing my auto start at Visions was unable to register the unit. Damian was able to able to help me within 15 minutes of arriving and was very accommodating in working with Visions to help resolve the problem. plesant efficent clean ! A master cylinder recall for the brake system was the reason for the visit or service they took the truck in for the warranty work promptly . Some time later we were called that the replacement of the master cylinder was completed , My wife went to the dealership to retrieve the serviced vehicle, then drove off the lot, and had the brakes fade to nonexistent as the air had not been completely purged from the brake system. I would HIGHLY recommend that the tech responsible do the job properly, as well as test drive the serviced vehicle, so my wife does not feel that we cannot trust you to work on any other vehicles. She had to return a second time after the brakes were properly fixed from her employment to retrieve the vehicle again does not help matters. Might I suggest that the time be taken to do this work professionally as LIVES are at risk. More
