The check engine light has been back on for 4 trips to Northstar service. This time it required a timing chain, valve guides, manifold gasket and several other components. Then the transmission had a leak and had to be pulled…. 4 working days later I get my truck back. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. Now I'm wondering if I got a "Friday" truck and will have continual problems until I dump it on some other poor soul. FORD… Fix Or Repair Daily. Northstar was great and fixed everything no charge but what if I didn't have the Extyended Warranty??? More

Heater fixed Heater hasn't worked well since I got the vehicle. Warranty records show I brought it in twice. This time they found a problem and fixed it. When i had to reschedule, the same thing happened. i waited over 24 hours and didn't get a response, so called Rob, the service manager, and left an additional voice mail. after a couple of hours, he did return my call, listened to my concerns, and got me set up.
