After sales service is non-existent I bought my F150 Limited a couple years ago from Northstar Ford and the sales and finance team was excellent. The person in charge of getting my vehic I bought my F150 Limited a couple years ago from Northstar Ford and the sales and finance team was excellent. The person in charge of getting my vehicle ready was very thorough and helpful to my wife and I, but she told me that I get one free update and to not to put in the latest Sync map in the truck, but to wait a 2-3 and then put a new update in. I thought that was a great idea so I went along with it. So a couple years later I am now wanting the updated Sync map, but over the last 4 months, I can not seem to get a hold of anyone there. I have left 3 voicemails with customer service about 2-3 weeks apart. Then I finally got to talk to their existing customer service and they tell me they will talk with their manager and get back to me by the end of the day. After 4 weeks of waiting, I call back and talk with their customer service person and I get the same story, they have to talk with their manager and will get back to me by the end of the day but they do not call me back. After an additional 4 weeks, I thought I would have better luck if I just email the manager, but I get an automatic reply that states they will get back to me within the first 4 hours of the next business day, but that was January 29th. It's February 17th and I have been trying to get an answer since October. I would have accepted them saying that they can't honour their commitment and that I need to spend $150-$200 to update the map, but the silent treatment is ignorant for a company that prides itself on service. I'm in a market for a new vehicle, but will not be going back to Northstar Ford as their after sales service is non-existent. More

Bought a brand new F350 We walked in to North Star Ford, and were greeted right away. We were then introduced to Clayton. He was outstanding to work with. He then introduces us to Nicole, she was sweet from the minute she greeted us as we walked through the doors. She began to hear our story and quickly found us a truck that suited us perfect. She then worked along side Clayton to give us a great deal, with incredible customer service skills. We then purchased a truck and were passed on to mike in the finance department. He also was wonderful to deal with! They all worked like such a bonded team. It was a pleasure to buy from this dealership. We will for sure be back! More

Amazing Service ! I brought my Truck in for a standard service. Fiona got that done as well as some warranty work that I wasn't even aware of. Routine maintence I booked my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was very pleased that the service advisor took extra time to review my past maintenance records and I booked my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was very pleased that the service advisor took extra time to review my past maintenance records and suggest items to consider while it was in the shop. During the vehicle inspection by the technician, it was determined that the tie rod ends had some play and were replaced immediately. Excellent costumer service and vehicle care!! More
