I approached the used car dealership on their day off and Ray Jeffrey's from the new car dealership helped me get multiple test drives and choose my vehicle thereafter. He checked in on me throughout the sale process to make sure everything went smoothly. The financial service manager, Mike Issa provided me with excellent customer service with regards to getting me competitive finance rates and working with my budget at the time. I also got introduced to the Service Manager, Damian Banick. He gave me the 411 on my maintenance plan and put my mind at ease. I am not particularly impressed with the performance of the heated steering wheel on my car. Hope they look into it for me going forward. Overall, I had a great experience. More

Until this time I have had excellent service. However, I did have a rather difficult time on February 28th with a service person when I brought my 2013 Ford Escape in for a service appointment. I However, I did have a rather difficult time on February 28th with a service person when I brought my 2013 Ford Escape in for a service appointment. I was very upset when I picked up my car at 5pm that day. The following day, I went into the garage again and spoke to the service manager, Rob Meade, who was very kind and helpful. The next time I make an appointment, I will go directly through him and not deal with the service lady I had. He is in agreement with this. More
