While making the appointment I was told that the oil change and vehicle safety check would be completed in one hour or it would be free. For me, I just want to know that the work will be done carefully and expertly - and it should take as much time as that requires. This facility needs a larger footprint More

Warranty issue with new Ford F-150 Customer service outstanding with Service Rep (Cassandra); however less than satisfied with actual repairs.
