Warranty issue with new Ford F-150 Customer service outstanding with Service Rep (Cassandra); however less than satisfied with actual repairs. Great Service I brought my vehicle in in the morning . I was greeted by smiling faces. Paperwork was done smoothly and I was out in 10 minutes. Would have liked to have had the truck washed off - seems to be the norm at other dealerships. While making the appointment I was told that the oil change and vehicle safety check would be completed in one hour or it would be free. For me, I just want to know that the work will be done carefully and expertly - and it should take as much time as that requires. This facility needs a larger footprint More

Great Customer care Once again Brittany took excellent care of me and advised that my Service Plan was soon to expire. One of the main reasons I go to Northstar is because I trust Brittany as she has always provided terrific, friendly service. BUYER BEWARE - Northstar ford will misrepresent products I was draw in buy the funny ads that Northstar ford has on the radio. i went in looking for a new truck that could haul a camper in the bed. Initial I was draw in buy the funny ads that Northstar ford has on the radio. i went in looking for a new truck that could haul a camper in the bed. Initially i was happy with my sales person as well as how knowledgeable the sales manager appeared to be. They showed my a truck and informed me that it was the only model and trim available that would be able to hold enough weight in the box for a camper. However it was lacking in many options i wanted. They stated it was not possible to get those options as well as tghe heavy duty payload package i was looking for. I decided that i would be ok without some of those options and i put down a deposit on the truck they showed me. I soon after learned that they lied to me about those options i wanted not being available. They just wanted me to put a deposit down on a truck they had in the lot so they could sell it rather than allowing me to factory order a truck through them. They then refused to return my deposit even though the misrepresented their product and my options. Just ne aware that they will lie to you to get your deposit and then hold it hostage. Go anywhere else to buy your truck. I will be filling a complaint with Ford and AMVIC for their shadey sales practices. More
