Great Personalized Service Northstar Ford at Crowfoot Circle take a personal approach to their service. For the last three times that I have had to take my 2012 F150 in for its Northstar Ford at Crowfoot Circle take a personal approach to their service. For the last three times that I have had to take my 2012 F150 in for its regular service, Cassandra has been my intake tech. It surprises me every time I come in that she remembers me and my truck considering all the vehicles and customers that she sees. This personal touch makes me feel like I am not only appreciated as a customer, but also that they have a vested interest in what is going on with my vehicle. Cassandra offered helpful suggestions each time and this only served to increase my trust in her and in Northstar Ford. There is no where else I would take my vehicle as they have my complete trust.
