Ray took as much time as I on my own and then with my husband needed to select the right vehicle for us. He really wanted to sell us a Ford; he was passionate and knowledgeable about his product and not at all pushy. He made sure that we knew as much as we could about the Escape. A huge thanks to Ray. I have recommended him to 2 people since we bought our Escape and will continue to do this. Mike made the necessary paperwork easy to get through. We enjoyed working with him.
