If it wasn't for Fiona we would never be back. My truck had a recall. I called the service department, booked an appointment to get the recall fixed. Service advisor was advised of recall and ser My truck had a recall. I called the service department, booked an appointment to get the recall fixed. Service advisor was advised of recall and service needed. My appointment was confirmed the night before. I got to to dealership to the service department. Was greeted by a lady (forget her name) normal procedure was handled. Once she went into her computer she advised me the parts were not in and this could not be completed. Nothing was explained to me. She was extremely rude and abrupt like it was my fault. I was upset as I took the day off work, hauled my kids and made arrangements for this recall service to take place as booked. She had my truck called back and went into the back. I left her desk and stood outside confused and upset. Fiona saw me leave and quickly come outside asking what happened as I looked so upset. She got the entire story, assessed the problem and advised me she would look further into this and call me back. She was extremely apologetic and explained everything in great detail. I left the dealership and within 15 minutes Fiona had called me back and had my truck serviced as booked. She went above and beyond her service. I left there thinking I would never ever go back. After my expiernce with Fiona I will continue to use this dealership. she was amazing, explained how the recall works and was very professional. Your other service advisor defiantly made me feel like I was a big inconvenience. More

George and his team took the time to explain the job to me and work with me to get the Insurance Company details worked out. They found me an immediate appointment time and looked after my rental for me. They went through all of the details of the job with me so that I understood the costs and the timelines associated with doing the job right without surprises. As the job progressed, they kept me updated and were right on time with the completion. Their shop is very organized even if they are honest about their challenges and they made sure that my vehicle was like new when I got it back. Friendly, reliable service and you can tell that they really care about their business and operation. Two final thoughts; if I was to ever need any work done to repair my vehicle they will have my business AND I would suggest them to a friend or family member without hesitation as they go the extra mile to do the job right as promised.
