BEWARE of "LIFETIME" Oil Change Bought a "Lifetime" Oil Change Plan from NS Mitsubishi a few years back. Now, the dealership has unilaterally added "conditions" to the program, so t Bought a "Lifetime" Oil Change Plan from NS Mitsubishi a few years back. Now, the dealership has unilaterally added "conditions" to the program, so that unless you also have other (ridiculously expensive) work done, they won't honor the oil change card they sold you, for $399.00, making it worthless! Also, based on my past experiences (7 years), the Service Dept at this dealership is Mediocre at best! Do NOT TRUST these people! More

Honest, Hard Working, Hot Car After dealing with AutoLife (don't even go there) last year, I was very lucky to go to the same dealership my parents bought their Outlander, North Si After dealing with AutoLife (don't even go there) last year, I was very lucky to go to the same dealership my parents bought their Outlander, North Side Mitsubishi. They were extremely helpful and professional from the start. Having been very upset with the last place, they were full of understanding and helpful advice. I dealt with a few too many people to name names, but everyone from walking in to my first service has been an absolute pleasure. Even the financing was made so easy - they stuck to their word and gave me a wonderful deal that I can afford without hassle. 10/10 - Amazing! It has been only under a year and already, I was called back to get a good deal on a newer car by Damian. I was extremely sceptical about whether or not I would buy anything at all given that it had only been 11 months and I was still paying off the Outlander. However, with the teamwork between Damian, the sales managers, Ivan as backup and Dakota in finance I ended up leaving with a brand new Lancer on special. With free winter tires, excellent warranty and a really cute vehicle, I no longer feel like a single soccer-mom with too much cargo space and not enough friends (lol). I joked that if they call me within the next five years for a newer vehicle I'd be really upset, but I don't think I would be. But my hope is that I can out-live at least basic warranty first (which I extended just for the great deal and service). I love the Lancer - the Bluetooth now comes standard instead of just "Bluetooth Ready", there's a USB port which I had always wanted, lots of space on the inside, it's backed by the best warranty and I get free roadside assistance for five years. I never had AMA due to cost and time, so it's nice that they give that to customers who are really busy. I'm already saving lots of money in gas, too! I had the first weekend where I didn't go to a gas station at all in months and months. I look forward to getting my winter tires! The only thing that would have made this better is that if free oil changes for life were a thing. ;) Just saying. Even my dad is considering buying from them just by how honest they were to me. And he's a much harder sell than I am. More

Worst Mitsu Dealer. Do not buy from this dealer..REGRETFULL! I own a 2013 lancer gt and wants to trade in for a 2015 ralliart and only northside mitsu in Edmonton has a some stocks so I have no choice but to g I own a 2013 lancer gt and wants to trade in for a 2015 ralliart and only northside mitsu in Edmonton has a some stocks so I have no choice but to go with Northside mitsu. Two months ago I accompanied my nephew to Westside mitsu to pick up a used 2010 lancer and they were very straight forward and nice people. Last July 1, we went to Northside mitsu and check those ralliarts. The next day we came back to negotiate the price and Mitch Buban,the general manager, gave me a deal and my son gave me his $1,000 to deposit on the ralliart because that time I don't have money for the deposit and promised him that I will pay him back. Mitch told me "I will not allow my customer to leave my store unhappy "so I left the dealership very satisfied. I came back on July 3 (Friday) to sign the final deal with the finance manager Wes Denis and he told me that my ralliart is ready the next day with alarm installed, detailed and undercoat. He also told me that I will be receiving a check for mitsu's two months payment deal and I said that it is great so I can use that money to pay my son' back. I called my insurance company to buy a policy and at the same time to cancel the insurance on my gt that i was trading in. I was very excited the next day but Wes told me that they can’t deliver the car because they forgot the schedule and since it was Saturday, he said they will deliver the car on Monday. I told him it’s not gonna happen because I need the car today because my gt has no more insurance. I called my sales person, Sharise and she said that the car was still in the parking lot undone. They washed the car immediately and delivered it to my house with no alarm and undercoat and they said they gonna pick it up on Monday to install the alarm and undercoat and detailing. When I was installing the license plate I noticed they did not put holes on the bumper so I can’t install it and I don't have a car to use for two days. I borrowed a car from my brother for two days. I was really disappointed with this dealership because they are nice at first then once they sold you a car, they will leave you in the air. They picked up the car on Monday and Sharise delivered it on Tuesday but then again another issue, no manual and the engine and sides trunks were very dirty . I texted Shaise about the dirt and showed her the photos and she told me to get a rug and cleaned it and I was very disappointed of her answer. Also Sharise did not tell me that the ralliart only comes with 5 years power train warranty, I thought it was the same as my gt with 10 years. If I knew I will not trade in my gt. I spoke to her about it and she said I should know about it and this proves that she does not have enough information on the car that she was selling. Again, I'm really unhappy and not satisfied with this people. Last week I emailed Wes twice to follow up about the check but he did not answer. Yesterday he phoned me and he said that I'm not qualified because I'm on the 96 months. He did not think first before he offered it to the customer and was so stupid to promise a customer for the second time. My son was really mad because he is expecting that money so I need that check that was promised to me by the finance manager that knows nothing. If I can return the car I'm willing to do it because I don't want to make business with these stupid people that wasted my time. Terrible. Took my 27009 Lancet. In for a key replacement because i lost my key. Service department said i customized my factory ignition and therefore they coul Took my 27009 Lancet. Service department said i customized my factory ignition and therefore they couldn't replace my key and they needed to remove my ignition and replace it. As well they said my door locks had been changed and they couldn't match the key to the door lock tumblers. Had to replace both door locks.Cost almost a 1000 dollars for a new key. Completely unacceptable. Do not ever go to this dealership they will rip you off and the service department is obviously completely clueless. DO NOT RECOMEND! !!! More
