Excellent service from start to finish I bought 2015 Mitsubishi RVR over a year ago at Northside Mitsubishi and it was an excellent experience. I loved the RVR, it is great on gas and I had I bought 2015 Mitsubishi RVR over a year ago at Northside Mitsubishi and it was an excellent experience. I loved the RVR, it is great on gas and I had no trouble during the winter months, however it was a little bit small for my family so I decided to get the 2017 Outlander because it is a much bigger vehicle. I am really enjoying all the cool features of this vehicle and my family is very comfortable taking longer trips. During the trade, Brent was our sales person, and we were not disappointed. We had another excellent experience, as expected. Brent is very knowledgeable of his products, which made it easier for for us to make our decision on what was best for our family. We were very comfortable working with him and the finance team. He brought the Outlander to Canmore and made the trade for the RVR which was extremely convenient. I really want to say a special thank you to Brent and the team at Northside Mitsubishi for another hassle free and pleasant experience, and we will definitely be recommending you to friends and family. Beware of Financing department!! Wish I could just rate the finance department, but the dealership loses marks just for the bad experience I endured in financing! Firstly, I am a first time purchaser with a fair ( not poor) credit score. After being assured that they were able to get me approved at "prime" or "a bit over", they actually said I was already approved! Then the antics and acts started, using age old scams like; "I can't believe the bank is doing this to you!" and "I tried to hit send and the bank wouldn't accept it!" and " do you have a co-signer?"Then they informed me that the rate would now be over 9%!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THE FINANCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They preyed on a first time purchaser whom, at the time, didn't know any better and took them at their devious word! More

Worst ever Whatever you do. Do not get your car serviced here! Just had my evo in for routine maintenance and because the hood scoop was getting put back on af Whatever you do. Do not get your car serviced here! Just had my evo in for routine maintenance and because the hood scoop was getting put back on after being repainted. Bad enough that I was also getting the scratches they left all over my car were getting touched up for the second time. They also left a huge gash on the front right of my bumper that I know sure as xxxx wasn't there before. Looks like when they do their routine maintenence joy ride that someone hit the ramp up to the building too hard because the undreside of the bumper is scratched too, it's bad enough that it would have to be sanded and repainted. They treat your car like absolute crap here. If they actually are willing to fix yet another scratch they put on my car and even if they are going to do it properly I probably will not go back to this awful service department. And I sure as xxxx am not willing to let them do the sanding and repainting. Bet they won't be willing to pay for the rental while the damages they caused are being fixed too. Never ever go here! More

Not retail? Not Repairing I went in to have a horrendous noise on my car repaired. The vehicle has less than 7000km on it and is barely 2 months old. There where a few other co I went in to have a horrendous noise on my car repaired. The vehicle has less than 7000km on it and is barely 2 months old. There where a few other concerns with the car to be looked at as well as an oil change. I get the car back with a Bill for almost $100. They used synthetic oil without asking or confirming. Also, I was told that the noise was normal. I went back to road test the car with a "technician" who told me he could infact hear the noise and would take ANOTHER look at it. I go back a few hours later and I'm told that they did all these and compared it to FOUR other similar vehicles and they all sounded the same. I paid my Bill and left. I took it to another dealer and had it repaired in an hour. They told me that they simply found exhaust bolts loose and tightened them to spec. Drove my car and the noise was gone. Weird eh? More
