When I visited the dealership I was met with such a warm welcome and I didn't feel any pressure to make a prompt purchase. They even stayed open a little longer for me since I was running late ( sorry guys). When I was ready to sign on the dotted line, Huda from Finance helped us get the best possible offer. He showed us a couple of options in our price range and never once tried to up sell us a more expensive car. We then dealt with Dakota and Holda in finance and we're equally impressed. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Most unreliable and unorganized dealership ever My awful experiences go back to almost six years ago now with this circus of a dealership. Their finance manager tried to tell me I had never gotten an oil change there even though I keep all my records. And then I was told my warranty is void because of lack of maintenance as soon as my THREE YEAR OLD vehicles transmission went. They are completely unloyal to their warranty and are not willing to make sure their customers are happy. I'll never ever buy from this dealership again. More

Now, the dealership has unilaterally added "conditions" to the program, so that unless you also have other (ridiculously expensive) work done, they won't honor the oil change card they sold you, for $399.00, making it worthless! Also, based on my past experiences (7 years), the Service Dept at this dealership is Mediocre at best! Do NOT TRUST these people! More
