For example, I told her I was curious about the differences between the Autobahn and the Performance trims of the GTI, and 5 min later she told me that she got a colleague to drive a car with the Performance trim from their lot in South Calgary over to the dealership. Due to some other issues I did not end up purchasing the car but I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend. More

It really helps when the employee knows EVERY detail of the make of vehicle your looking at or willing to find out for you. We were only planning to look and Doug made us feel we need this, he made us feel human and never presured us, which was nice!
