With it having been about 14 years since last buying a new car, our sales contact (Nikki) was awesome in helping us navigate through an unfamiliar process and that helped us be much more comfortable with no regrets afterwards. And of course it's something small but my wife loved the music at the dealership showroom (making her happy is the key to us making good decisions together).
