Alanna's direct and up-front customer service style makes her very easy to work with. Trevor Majeski handled the finance and service packages. Trevor's personality meshed really well with mine. He is easy going yet focused on getting you set up correctly. Finally on the day of the car pick-up, Ron Roberts took me through all the details of my new vehicle. You can really tell that he is looking to ensure that you are comfortable with all the technology your new car is offering you. More

Best car buying experience ever My family went into Northland Volkswagen looking for a used vehicle that would get us around town while sipping fuel. Jason was helpful and knowledgable about what he had on the lot and presented some options. After test driving and inspecting vehicles none really jumped out. Jason and another gentleman from the new car sales side by the name of Oliver conferred and decided to pitch us a deal on a new Jetta (all very low pressure). It was great to have two sales people working together as opposed to climbing over each other for a sale; isn't that the nature of a "team". The Jetta was exactly what we looking for and a new car to boot. Through the entire experience Jason and Oliver were knowledgable, friendly, and in no way pushy. Upon pickup we were greeted by Ron.Roberts who was comical and knowledgable and did a rundown on the Jetta. In finance we dealt Manou. She was friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I will go to Northland Volkswagon any time I need a vehicle. More

The initial sales person (sorry I didn't catch her name) was very polite and gave us what information she could and when the questions were about a specific area that was not able to fully answer she took us to Jamie Wedgerfield for more information. Jamie was very knowledgeable about our specific vehicle and was able to give us some very helpful information. Then he went the extra mile since we were at the dealership outside of the regular parts and service hours he even followed up and got pricing, availability and parts information for us and sent it to us by email for our convenience. I really can't ask for more. Our experience with Northland and the couple of staff that we encountered on this visit was polite, helpful, and professional. We will certainly be back when considering future purchases both for vehicles and parts. More

Good Experience I live out of town, but this was the closest vw dealership to me. I dealt with Nikki by email at the start, and then went to the dealership for test drives. I always end up spending more time at the dealership than I intend to, and it is tricky with a small child. Nikki was great to work with, she was patient, well informed, helpful and happy to answer lots of questions that I had. Nikki respected my time, and the fact that I live in another town, and was as helpful as possible with my daughter. Ultimately, she got me into the car I really wanted and I have been very happy with it. The pick up day was a bit concerning. After working with the finance department, I met a nice Gentleman who did delivery inspection, etc. with me. It sounded like no one knew that I was picking up my car that day, and I think they rushed it in for a pre delivery detailing.... unfortunately, the hitch that I had arranged hadn't been installed, there was ripped upholstry, plastic still on some bits of the car, and an airbag light defective. The nice man explained that he didn't know or have time to inspect it prior to my arrival. I felt bad for him as I knew he meant well but had different expectations of what pick up day would be like, and I was there for a really long time. He did manage to get the hitch put on before I left that day. More
