Great experience from start to finish! We've been toying with the idea of replacing our 2006 Jetta since the beginning of this year and had been to visit Jamie several times since March. We talked different models and numbers with him a few times and despite a couple of times not going ahead with the deal (my husband is super indecisive!) - each time Jamie was super responsive and understanding. In September we finally went ahead and purchased a 2017 Golf GTI. There were no pressurized sales tactics and it truly felt like a fun experience to buy the car. I just can't fault the experience in any way. Even post sale, Jamie couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy, by booking services and tire changes. Plus I also have to say that the GTI totally puts a smile on my face every time I drive it - it's awesome!!! More

Carmen, despite not having been with the dealer very long, was obviously well trained and keen. Is actually much more knowledgeable than many veteran sales associates I've dealt with. Got back from the drive and was able to quickly make a satisfactory deal. Was offered the usual dealer add-ons but with no pressure. Picked up the car the next day: was ready and the briefing was exactly what I wanted (to the point). The way all car purchases should be made. More

Didn't have to lift a finger I called Thursday evening to schedule an oil change and quote on a new passenger side tire (hit a pothole and there was a lump on the sidewall) assumi I called Thursday evening to schedule an oil change and quote on a new passenger side tire (hit a pothole and there was a lump on the sidewall) assuming that the service centre would be booked for at least a week. I was surprised to find out that I was booked the next morning! I was greeted by Jane who was lovely to deal with at 8:30 in the morning. Shuttle was there to take me to work and I received a call by 10:30 advising my service was done and a quote on a new tire. Unfortunately the quote I feel was much too high (195 plus taxes and fees mounted and balanced for one tire) so I opted out - but nevertheless I picked up my car at lunch and drove away with a smile. Seemless I scheduled a "C" service for my 2015 TDi Beetle the day before, I dropped the car early a.m., the shuttle driver dropped me off at school, I was info I scheduled a "C" service for my 2015 TDi Beetle the day before, I dropped the car early a.m., the shuttle driver dropped me off at school, I was informed what work might need to be done given the kms on my car, and, had a brief call with my service advisor on my lunch saying what was done and that the car was ready. My experience with Northland VW is that the service is always quick, professional and seamless. I came back, took care of the invoice, popped in my car, and was off. More

He passed me onto Alanna who was nothing short of amazing in helping me finance my new vehicle. Due to the work these two put into my deal, I knew I was dealing with the right people and dealership. Trevor was extremely helpful in explaining terms to me and didn't make me feel as if I was just some chick. Helped to work with me on payments. I would definitely recommend Northland and these three fine folks to anyone looking to buy a VW. More
