We never felt like he was annoyed by our questions and he was diligent at following up in a very short timeframe and made the purchase easy and fast. The positive and friendly service at Northland Volkswagen made our decision making process easy. Jamie provided us with all the details and options so we could make an informed choice, answered all our questions (and there were many of them!) thoroughly, responded to our emails quickly and was very flexible with scheduling appointments. Guy was well organized and thorough with final payment details when we picked up the car. Ron was very friendly, informative and didn't rush us through checking over the car during the official 'handing over' of the keys. All and all a very positive experience.
