Disappointing Customer Service Very poor after purchase customer service. Last 2 service visits were less that exemplary. One example was asked to check rear passenger tire as pr Very poor after purchase customer service. Last 2 service visits were less that exemplary. One example was asked to check rear passenger tire as pressure was down 3 weeks after each inflate. Was told no issue found yet issue continued also during C service tires were to be rotated. Went to Ok tire and small leak found in rear tire where repair had ben done. I purchased 2015 Touareg demo and no mention at time there had been a tire repair. At Ok tire issue was spotted immediately and repair done and noticed no rotation had been done during C service. Contacted Northland VW service/parts manager and then 2 e-mails to Jason Locke with no replies That was over a month ago. After purchase customer service is not a priority with this dealership More
