First Vehicle Service This was the first time that I had our 2016 Toureg in for service. By the time we were done, we had not quite identified the issues, but he came up with a suggestion that might improve things which it has. The oil change was performed efficiently and I was dropped off at home and picked up again in a timely manner. From the friendliness of Scott and Ivan, it was a great first time service experience. Whenever I showed up for an appointment she had the car I wanted to test drive ready and waiting. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle's features and was able to answer all my questions. She also took the time to show me all the colour and trim options so I could make an informed decision. She carefully explained the pricing and all my payment options. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything I wasn't sure of. When it came time to making the deal Trevor gave me a fair price on my trade in and Manou carefully and thoroughly took us through all the financing. Trevor actually sold me my first VW 15 years ago so it was nice to see him still on the Volkswagen team! Everyone was a delight to deal with. More
