She also took the time to show me all the colour and trim options so I could make an informed decision. She carefully explained the pricing and all my payment options. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything I wasn't sure of. When it came time to making the deal Trevor gave me a fair price on my trade in and Manou carefully and thoroughly took us through all the financing. Trevor actually sold me my first VW 15 years ago so it was nice to see him still on the Volkswagen team! Everyone was a delight to deal with. More
