Jamie's experience and broad knowledge has lead us to make the best decisions for our family regarding the type of vehicle and price ranges. I have never once regretted any of the decisions I have made regarding my vehicle purchases since Jamie has never pressured me into anything, quite the contrary. Jamie will answer all questions truthfully and give you all the time you need without ever making you feel like you have to do something. I will always trust Jamie as he truly is an honest and fair salesman who will guide you, properly inform you, and always go above and beyond even after you've walked away with the vehicle. I also have nothing but great things to say about the Finance team who all truly work together to bring you the best options and deals. I particularly have dealt the most with Trevor who is an absolute pleasure and has been incredibly trustworthy as well, although Guy and Manou are also lovely to deal with (I met them with my last vehicle purchase). I have a vast experience with Northland (sales, finance, service, and parts), and have never once been disappointed. I always leave with a smile feeling valued and respected. I have complete confidence in Northland Volkswagen for all of my car needs and would recommend absolutely anybody see for themselves how great customers are treated and valued. Every time we have picked up a vehicle we have been helped by Ron, who is truly indescribable. He knows his way around every single car on the lot and will take as much time as you need to show you all the fancy functions, while making you laugh. He absolutely goes above and beyond what is expected of him. I can't write a review without also mentioning both Dale and Jen (I don't see her on the list below) in service, who are both respectful, kind, and really work to help YOU, while providing you with your options in a transparent and honest way. How car sales should be We are part of the diesel trade back program. To be honest, we did have VW off our list as a replacement vehicle for obvious reasons. But we talked to Oliver, the new car sales manager, who had sold us the diesel and he was fair and as helpful as he could be. He set us up with Nikki Ngo to show us the TIguan. I can't recommend Nikki enough (and the rest of the new car buying experience at Northland Volkswagen). I am old enough to have experienced enough of the car sales techniques that brought the industry such a bad rep. Nikki was how it should be: no pressure, understood the vehicle well, talked about our needs, the different value propositions for each vehicle and was willing to spend the time we needed. She worked through the various additional services like warranties without pressure, staying factual so that we understood what was available and why we might or might not want it. She followed up with questions we had if she didn't have an immediate answer. We decided n a Tiguan. At car pick up time, Manou in Finance went the extra distance for us and was professional and competent. It really ended up being a great car buying experience that was relaxing, fun and actually enjoyable. VW should be very grateful that they have people like this in their dealerships. More
