Matt was so wonderful, easy and laid back through this process. He even played along with me to dupe my husband in thinking the car that he wanted was sold but encouraged him to still come in to test drive, not to lead him on that he was going to come home to a car in the garage. Disappointed Purchased a brand new Tiguan less than 2 years ago. Already having issues with spark plugs and numerous other things. Since taking it in for inspection, now needs inspection light has come on. Uhhhh just paid for that, why is it prompting now? Nothing covered by the extended warranty that we paid for. $500 to change a spark plug that they acted like should be replaced after less than 2 years? Appointment was made for 2 PM and Dale was upset that he didn't show up earlier. This was the appointment that was offered, if you don't want us to come at that time, don't offer it. Was told by the sales guy Jaime (who was pleasant) that the warranty would cover everything, including the extended glass that we paid for and his words were "if there was any issues just to bring it back here no hassle, I strongly recommend getting this". Nope, had to pay and go through a 3rd party. Was told that the policy was changed after we signed. So much for a contract, seems like they don't hold up their end. Nothing but hassles since the start. The only good thing I would say is Ashif in service is great and referred us. The shuttle service is nice, the dealership looks pristine. Still unfortunate to have to leave work early to get an appointment, show up 15 minutes early for it only to be scolded for not coming sooner by Dale in the service dept, also said he didn't know I was coming. When I showed him the email he rolled his eyes. That's what you can look forward to from this place. Inadequate service and attitude post sales. More
