I called Oliver at Northland and he was lightening fast at finding a specialist to fix my rim at Northland. Also Dan Weber was and outstanding Service Advisor. He was thoughtful and I immediately had a high level of trust that he would definitely get my Dune rims back to perfection... Lastly, Ian the shuttle drive was wonderful.. He has an awesome sense of humour. He made the commute to Northland a treat. My Dune is now perfect again :) More

Very happy with the service I had an intermittent issue with my car and when the trouble reoccurred, I drove to the dealership, spoke to the first service advisor that was availa I had an intermittent issue with my car and when the trouble reoccurred, I drove to the dealership, spoke to the first service advisor that was available and was able to get my car looked at immediately. The tech determined what the problem was and presented my options to get the problem repaired. All the service advisors (in this instance Dale) on staff are most helpful and pleasant to deal with. My TDI was part of the whole buyback/trade in situation and to many they may find the process confusing, or a nightmare, but I strongly disagree. Working with Jamie and this dealership has been nothing but a smooth sail . All my questions were answered, and the process was extremely smooth. Jamie is extremely knowledgable about this settlement and I always felt taken care of. If you are picky, please know this man has such passion for what he does and the most patience.
