After going to many dealerships to look, test drive, and dodge shady sales people/dealerships, he was by far the most experienced salesman that I had run into. He knew the car and all of the other models going back over 15 years. Not only was he knowledgeable about the cars on the floor, but also of the Volkswagen brand and its competitors on the market (past and current ). We are not talking just aesthetics, as any sales man can wing that. I was impressed with his knowledge around all models of Volkswagen and its competitors along with what was great under the hood. He never once pushed a vehicle on me or was determined to make a sale. The confidence he had in the brand was amazing and lined up perfectly to what I wanted and purchased . As a business owner, I am very particular on how people run their dealerships. There appears to be little turn over rate there and all the people that I encountered spoke highly of their team as well as senior management. Please note that this type of positive environment is rare and usually is scripted for most dealerships. This dealership was the only one where it was truly authentic.
